****UPDATE****
After chatting with Kacy via Skype I better understand Naked/Certified's cancellation policy and for advise to anyone working with Naked/Certified, use the ticket system vs chat for any support. I cannot find any record of my requests to cancel up until March and at that point the host sent me a letter informing me that I had to give a 30 day notice and that any billing that was expected within the 30 days would still take place so on the 25 day which was April 15th I was billed which is accurate.
Kacy was apologetic that I was unsatisfied and she offered to attempt a refund for my final month which does leave a little better taste in my mouth after closing the door on this biz relationship.
