Something doesn't sound right here. Can you please contact me so I get this worked out for you?

If you have a ticket ID I can reference that would be helpful.

Regarding NATS, I am not sure what your particular issue was, but host MANY servers using NATS and actually do have experience with this software. It is not likely we could remain a leading adult hosting provider without being to support popular softwares such as NATS.

Please contact me, I would like to help get this resolved.
