The last couple of times I purchased a gun the dealer called my info in. After a week the dealer received NO RESPONSE from the FBI/ATF whoever and then sold me the guns based on the fact my drivers license was current.
If timely approval isn't given to an authorized firearm dealer what will happen if the system is flooded with calls from every private citizen looking to sell his private property?
I understand the problem, I just don't see a viable, read actual working system ever being in place.
