Not sure where you use that picture for, but when you use it in a hosted gallery, maybe you can make it a flash image?
Because there is no way you can make a jpg clickable without html code....so when they simply save your image, and upload it somewhere else, nothing you can do about it...
But with flash, you can keep it clickable..(unless they make a prnt screen of course)
