Were bomb sniffing dogs removed? I never heard of that. Maybe someone decided it wasn't cost effective. No matter, because it's wasn't a bomb that took down the towers. It was a plane.

We could question every security change in the past year prior to 9/11 until we are blue in the face. Doesn't mean jack shit.
