That's not the point I made. As I said she should do some time for gross neglect but 50 years common? That poor girl was probably hysterical with some guy dangling from her window. Many people would do the same I bet.
Edit: I guess many people would not let a guy still moaning hang in the window all night, but was this moaning bit a fact or was he dead on impact?
