I do, only so much quality x available though so takes little waste to find it. Quality x doesn't come in bulk. I have been buying from some of the same people for 9-10 years. Seems to be a theory that if it's for sale it's no good which is flawed, just most don't wanna spend the time and waste a few bucks/analyze to find what works for them. Average webmaster does the following...
Spends $1000 on 10 sites, tracks nothing, makes $400 calls it a $600 loss and says it sucks
I spend $1000, track each site individually, find out the $400 came from 1 site, increase budget to the 1 site drop the other 9, $600 write off, grab another 10 sites and repeat, fast forward and you eliminate the shit and have all solid ad buys
