Let's see, she was drunk, high on dope and high on ecstasy. Not only was she illegally operating a vehicle when she ran into this man, she drove home with him ALIVE in her windshield and left him in her garage to die. According to accounts, she came out several times to check on him while waiting for him to die. Reportedly, he was moaning in pain and perhaps begging for help.
Not only is she a danger to society because she is willing to drive around doped to the gills, she is also capable of and willing to sacrifice the lives of other human beings to cover a lesser crime.
