Wow, that was an amazingly stupid set of statements you made. Yeah, he was in the road so he's fair game.
I suppose it's just coincidence that no one <B>else</B> hit this guy, right? It wasn't her fault because she was drunk and high on two different drugs, it was his fault for being there. It's just the luck of the draw that all the sober people managed to not run this guy down.
