For sure, I'm quite a stats man myself so I pay a lot of attention to these things. So when I see a site for sale that made $20,000 in the last year, of which rebills were $10,000, and those rebills had been building up for five years. I know that there's a big difference between buying that site 'with rebills' compared to 'without rebills', even more so if that site was doing $80,000 per year two or three years ago.
I've noticed that many sellers try to pitch the price as if rebills are included, even when they are not. A buyer like you or I would spot that, but some wouldn't.
