The govt. always uses the tiny percentage of idiots doing stupid shit to create laws that make it harder on the vast majority of folks.
From drugs to alcohol to sex to guns to driving to eating...the list goes on and on. The Nanny State knows what's best for 99.9% of people who don't NEED them to tell us what to do.
So they make laws based on the .1% who actually do stupid shit...and that affects all the rest of us...and ironically don't do anything at all to affect the fucktards who are the real problem to begin with.
