Precisely. I don't need daily communication or a hug, and I can understand big religious holiday times, but it's been
2+ WEEKS since we have heard anything from Jey himself. I'm sorry, but for me that is not professional and certainly not good business.
You need to communicate with your clients and keep them informed about what's going on with their projects;
especially ones already fully paid for and way past their due date.
It's now also been a week since we were told by the programmer assigned to our project about the big delay due to his holiday. Of course we're right in the thick of the holiday now, seeing as it's Good Friday, so we're not expecting to hear anything sooner than Monday really.
