I'm looking for CCBILL-based sponsors with the following features:
1) Tracking by CCBILL (links at refer.ccbill.com/cgi-bin/clicks.cgi?CA=...)
2) Payment by CCBILL
3) No shaving on number of rebills paid to affiliate webmaster. CCBILL allows website owners to limit the number of rebills paid to affiliate webmasters so we may not receive "revshare during the lifetime of customer"

4) Pay-per-signup bounty programs are OK
