For me I go through a series of basic traffic-generating steps to "launch" a new paysite and to continue promoting it over time. Here's my basic 5 steps, what do you do?

1. Load promo tools to Affiliate Program for affiliates
2. Submit promo clips to tube sites
3. Send out mass email to current and former Members
4. Send out Newsletter with Special Offers
5. Submit galleries to several TGPs (paid accounts)

(I would also throw in advertising (buy banner spots), link building and Blog creation but I usually wait to see how a site is doing first before investing more time and energy.)
