Bing is not above the DMCA and we would be interested in reports with evidence of Bing not complying with DMCA removal requests. We even have a special mailbox for such information:

Send us copies of the DMCA notices you have sent to Bing and any replies along with headers. Do not just use the online form, send a physical DMCA notice to them, or at the very least an email DMCA notice filled out precisely and with attention to detail as incorrectly filled out DMCA notices can be rejected.
