Bing soon to be #1 in Free Porn. DMCA does not apply. Why?

Bing's video and image search engine is so powerful now, soon Bing will be the new standard in FREE porn, slowly wiping out tube sites.

Great selection, and no risk of nasty viruses as Bing flushes out their listings of any wrong doings.

So WHY IN THE FUCK doesn't the DMCA laws apply to Bing?

Google removes images, links and videos when owners submit DMCA, BUT...

Have you ever tried to get ANYTHING removed from Bing? LOL NO FUCKING CHANCE IN HELL.

Bing is above the DMCA laws, because Bing states: "We don't host images or videos, we are a search engine and only display what is already on the internet."

They have an online "DMCA" form to submit your requests, but it's all a front. If you submit urls and content links for removal, you'll just get a brush off email from Bing or Yahoo stating, "get the webmaster to remove your content, then it will 'fall off' the Bing search engine." But in the mean time, Bing and Yahoo can use YOUR CONTENT to help fill their porn libraries and raise traffic and value to their search engines.

Wasn't that the same reasoning Napster used before they got sued and lost it all? "We're not posting your music, our members are."

Why is Bing & Yahoo (both controlled by Microsoft), think they are above the DMCA laws?

Tubes wiped out porn sites, NOW Bing and Yahoo are going to wipe out tube sites.

Porn owners should then sue Microsoft and take their porn back! Why these companies feel they can take and use anything on the net for their own traffic is legally absurd. How can they get away with this? Go to Bing, click on video...remove the family filter, then type in any sexual depravity you can think of and Bing will deliver it faster, cleaner and virus free for your satisfaction.

The spiraling evolution of porn by the pure illegal dominance of a company more powerful than Big Brother.
