HIV was spread around Africa in the Hep B vaccines, it was also spread around gay men in New York using the same vaccines. It didn't kill people off as quickly as was hoped.
HIV treatment makes a lot of money, it's another way of the rich grabbing more of our taxes for themselves "Hey we'll send these African's who we injected with HIV some treatment for HIV and pay this tax money of yours to ourselves, we'll call it foreign aid"
