There is no lesser charge there in that fucking state of garbage- no hardship license, no wet reckless (thanks L-Pink/Baddog whoever it was who mentioned that awhile back) or anything
If you mean something like straight reckless driving or something- they won't do that either
"Get expert witness" is a nice thought but they're not free... I've been talking to colleges in the area and dentists to see if I can find an expert witness but it ain't gonna be easy
I have a copy of the records for the machine - it is just barely within spec. Barely. ASSUMING the calibration procedure was followed properly.
Also- before I took the test, the officer guaranteed me that the machine accuracy is SPOT ON
