That video doesn't help your case. Did you see how hard that guy had to try to get it to give a bad reading? I'm guessing that they took you to the station, ensuring that for at least the time you were accompanied you were not actively chewing on wonderbread, or imbibing alcohol or anything else just before you blew.

I'll grant you that those machines are attackable. But you're going to need something more than an unauthenticatable video from youtube since you can't testify or even know for sure if that video is genuine or not. Please tell me that its actually like a cop dash cam or something else you're talking about using?

I would start with getting an affidavit from the server and/or some other people that were there but not with you as to how much you had to drink. Some kind of receipt would be helpful too. I'm guessing you were paying cash that night instead of using mom's visa though right?
