Anyway, if you're going to lose points and / or your license and / or some other fine, it is worth the $500 to $1000 to get whoever to do whatever video work you need done if you think it will help you in your case. Losing your license can be very expensive.
Once time I was caught speeding (80 in a 40 zone) back when I was 20 or 21. I had already lost points and had I been nailed on this one I would have lost my license. So what I did was wait until the trial was about to start. I then went to the other side and offered to please guilty at 60 instead of 80, or bring up questions about when the radar detector had been tuned and if the cop was trained to use it, etc. It worked. I still lost points and still had to pay a fine but at least I kept my license.
