Correct.
Much like the media claiming (fill in the person of the hour) is worse than Hitler. Or whatever new law enforcement or military policy to come down the pike is a worse than Nazi Germany, etc.. It's called 'free speech', or freedom of expression.
Unfortunately for some and their tender feelings, it's not a one way street for their beliefs alone. Bad taste is not illegal.
