Muscles or not, that is a choice and certainly not gay. However, you cant fault a firm well taken care of body on someone that takes great care of themselves physically. Kate will be a flabby hag in 5 years while the girls that workout and care for themselves can look good into their 50s, like my fiancé who is 42 and has a smokin' bod since she workouts regularly and eats healthy. To each his own I guess.
