I've actually never been in Chipotle, and I didn't read the article. I was going simply off of the quoted text, which mentioned changing how you pay, but nothing about wage changes.
I see the benefits if the wages were raised, but I also worry about the quality of service from servers. What pushes them to go that extra mile if they make the same money if the customer is happy or unhappy?
