Dutch justice website has been (sort of) spreading cp for years
On the site dozens of judgments of cp cases were available to the public where the details of the cp files downloaded were not censored. So for the last 10 years or so people have been able to simply search on those filenames and find the source and download them.
The government and the internet.....always a bad, real bad combination.
