I had a Mexican chargeback $8000 and found way for him to send back in bank wires (I will not detail how convinced him), for example. At times I had hired collection agencies for $1000+ chargebacks in various places from New Zealand to Canada, but in general the only way it is you convince the guy to desist from chargeback, or to re-send you the money after chargeback (there again I not detail the methods).
