why is it I can't upload a video to any major tube without jumping through hoops setting up a content partner account, and getting the tube affiliate links sorted, yet all these 'user uploads' don't have the same issue? How do I become just a normal tube surfer/member with the ability to 'user upload'?
Anyone?
