Yes I know everyone that profits from copyright laws argue tooth and nail that it is not theft, and everyone that loses out to copyright infringement uses considerably stronger language to describe that fact that others are profiting from their work without permission or paying a fee.

The fact is that DMCA offers a massive loophole. If this loophole did not exist the tube model would never exist.

The only companies that have ever faced legal action over theft/copyright infringement are those that do not follow the DMCA take down requests.

Take that borrowed content down and you are in the clear. But it back a week later and you are still in the clear. Its that simple.

Without this simple fact the adult tube business would never have become what it is today. Can you imagine if the original tube owners had been forced to pay for all that content ?

I never blamed you for changing the biz, and the state of the paysite/affiliate business is of no consequence to me whatsoever. I just suggested that you should call a spade a spade, and that you should not be too surprised if some people get upset at your attitude on this board.

Finally, I do find it odd that you crave acceptance here. Like a cheating husband who gets upset when his wife does not love him anymore. What does it matter that the old school affiliates and webmasters think you are a thief ? What does it matter to you that the finer points of DMCA are not fully understood at GFY ? Are you not the big winner ? Are you not on top looking down ?

I would have thought that you have more important things to concern yourself with.
