Dunno man. They can already stretch it out to well over a decade now and quantum leaps in treatment and medication are pretty frequent. I mean - you have Alzheimer's next year, get on all the current drugs right away to slow its progression and in the next 5 years, there is likely to be a new class of drugs that will slow it slow it and so on. So it's not unreasonable to hope to be in a vegetative state for decades if that's the plan
