If I moved to Quebec and couldn't speak french would it be an issue?
How do they deal with customer services for example - If I phoned a bank would they answer in French?
The whole thing seems strange - most countries that have different languages end up with a 'winner' that becomes the default - Canada seems almost split into 2 countries....
