Obviously there's a ton of free ones out there right now. However; what I'm looking for is a place were I can maybe buy one up to $50 or so that's only been downloaded so many times.

I haven't blogged in a while. Now that I have some free time on my hands again I'd like to start. So if anyone has some suggestions please feel free to list them. I don't use ICQ at the moment but I do have Skype.
