I used to live in Miami (I'm in lauderdale now).... anticipate getting railroaded unless you want to live in the HOOD. Expect to pay no less than 700.00 for a semi-decent neighborhood/older/smaller apt. and watch those older buildings, because I used to live in a studio and my fricken electric bill was 100.00/month.
