It would also stand to reason, and should be considered, that if she is smart enough to trademark and brand herself then probably she had the foresight to read her contracts and know what rights companies do or do not possess when it comes to publishing her content.
Not saying you specifically, just saying in general, webmasters in particular tend to disregard and disrespect models and don't realize that the amount of money that stands to be made is also going to attract smart, sharp, marketing minded individuals that should never be underestimated - not just clueless ditzes that can't even flip burgers.
