That is pretty much exactly how it went down. An un-named source at Playboy tells me that Playboy is VERY protective of their brand and the sale to Manwin is regretted in a big way. All the attention around Fabian and his arrest and the goings on at Manwin and Playboy would be happy to take those properties back.
The Mister Marcus thing on Radio Sex (used to be Spice Radio) really has the people at Playboy upset because of legal issues involving the City of Burbank that it may spark.
