1) If the content is something she shot for a web site that you are promoting then she can't claim infringement. She doesn't own the copyright to the content in that situation, the site/program does.
2) If you're using a domain that includes her name THEN she may have a valid trademark claim.
Situation 1 - I'd make him file a formal DMCA and in the mean time contact the program that actually owns the content.
Situation 2 - I'd take the site down and cut your losses. You might able to fight it, but it's likely not worth the hassle.
