Payoneer can be trusted though when you convert USD into Euros it hurts because of the exchange rate
if you pay with Payoneer card in the store its around 0.8-1% charge, if you withdraw funds in the ATM it will be an average of 2.5-3% plus the standard withdrawal fee. I did not have negative experience so far...
