We lost a lot of time and money because of these guys and I was discovering first hand how poorly ran they were, how horrible their service/support was and at the same time, people defend them like XXX people are just fabricating it.
We wanted to take a large number of sites, databases/scripts and split them across a few hosting companies in maybe 08 and these guys were by far the biggest nightmare and most incompetent to deal with. We had to cancel before we even used the servers.
