everytime I see the thread I think ok try them again 2 months free upgraded network. but then I remember how slow support was on certain things and then I read this and I realize why. I never in a million years could image that the reason the support was like that was because I was only spending $100 on a server and was small fry. But that makes sense now. And it's probably at the root of the problem at webair. They don't treat everyone the same. And they do not strive to great support like other popular adult hosts.
