I simply mean that on your site, in your ccbill form where the user selects their price option etc, the submit button is submitting the form to bill.ccbill.com, which can take a long time to react (especially with geo-regional billing). To prevent the user clicking the submit button again (firing off another request to bill.ccbill etc), simply disactivate your form so it can't be clicked again.

I do it with some simply jquery that loads an 80% opaque div over the form with a spinning "loading" gif on it to give let the user know something is happening!
