Yeah, so many horrible experiences and people are just "confused". You run a very tight ship but your support sucks ass and always has and everyone has problems with downtime.
Lets explore this for a second...
Why is it that Brad and Tony get nothing but love and you guys get about 50% hate every time you post? .... It's because they actually understand customer service and how to "run a very tight ship" and then actually do it. Because they actually do it, they don't have any need to come and tell people that they do it.
