If the services were that outstanding as you state, people would gladly pay more as they do with several other hosts that are always mentioned here.

A lot of businesses do not need a large website setup to run. Most business only need a shared hosting account. Lets say, a tax accountant for instance. Does he need dedicated server for instance? No. Does that mean he should not have quality web hosting? What you are saying is retarded. If they cannot support the customers, they should discontinue the product. Bottom line. And there are many people here who do that. What you dont realize, is that when you are a 'high roller' or a 'whale' you are paying for extra service. But as a smaller customer, you are still entitled to the support that is agreed upon in the Terms Of Service. If you own a Affiliate Program. And you have 2 affiliates, one that does 2 sales a day and one that does 20 sales a day, are you not going to send the guy who does 2 sales a day marketing material because hes not the guy who does 20 sales a day? Then you are throwing money away. You never know who someone is or what they can afford or who they are going to be. Your business sense is that of a 3rd grader.
