Yes we offer a range of services, from entry level virtual/shared hosting accounts to custom complex geo load balanced server clusters spanning multiple datacenters. Our shared hosting plans start at just $5.95 and includes ticket support only. It is an entry level hosting plan, and as such does not include the same tiers of support of our enterprise hosting plans.
That being said, we know shared hosting is still a valuable resource to many webmasters, whether just starting out, testing new sites or creating a network of sites across multiple plans, which is why we continue to provide these shared plans though it is common for hosts to discontinue this service. We are not closing the door on these plans and will soon be launching our NEW shared hosting platform to provide better service and redundancy to both new and existing shared hosting clients!
