you treat every customer the same until you have so many you no longer need to and cannot. Go to vegas and play the penny slots but tell them you wanna be moved into the high roller room haha. It is what it is and most are use to how it was before. They are going to go where the money is. Yeah it might be a shame but they are getting what they want. Nobody would do the same here though. We all know that haha
