An easy work around is to create a folder with an index.php that just redirects to a tracking code you've created inside of NATS.
So say you use twitter... yourpornsite.com/twitter instead of just yourpornsite.com.. yourpornsite.com/tube8 ... etc etc.
That's how I've always tracked in-house traffic with NATS. I've even done link buys linking to things like that and they've ranked well.
I think that's how basically all programs who use NATS do it.. that's how I've always done it.
It doesn't track ALL traffic, but it definitely tracks a lot more than not doing it.
