I'd be surprised as hell if he is able to get away at this point. They have so many cops up there just seems like it would be hard for him to get out of the area.
I'd think only if he can stay hidden til night and get away through the woods into the mountains, but Cali still has quite a bit of daylight left for today..
edit.. now they are saying he is sounded in a cabin.. If that's the case it's over.
