this is going around but is unconfirmed (from my friend in BBL): "he broke into an occupied cabin, tied up a couple, one of the couple got untied and made emergency phone call ... Dorner had stolen their vehicle, was spotted by a fish & game warden in their white pickup, gunfire was exchanged, now clustering around where they feel they have Dorner ... possibly Dorner is injured, unsure ..."
