Dear Members and Staff,
 
PBBC Inc. is proud to state that it's threat levels are at an all time low at only 5% compared to 65% in 2011. These numbers reflect the hard stance PBBC has taken on insurgents and enemy combatants, with use of fear mongering, and political coups on the campaign.
 
Recently PBBC Generals have studied such books as The Art Of War by Ching Chong, Battlefield Tech by Adolf Hitler, and I Lost My Slipper In 'Nam by Dale Doback. After extensive research we have allocated years of funding and resources to our new special elite forces.

-------Controls the skies of this nation as well as the global borders, fleet of 100+ planes and fighters
2. Sea Command
---PBBC WET WORKS
-------Black ops crew that controls the borders and oceans with submarines, unmanned floaters and robotic recovery crews
3. Land Command
---PBBC DELTA BRAVO
------The most elite ground crew trained in the west. Took cues from Russia, Poland, Serbia and West Asia. Extremely skilled in hand to hand combat as well as fire arms, bomb disposal and various life skills
4. Infiltration
---DEBO/UNDERGROUND
------Ultra secret black ops organization - DONT ASK DONT TELL TOP SECRET
 
 
As follows, the current staff members will receive badges and ranks for these spec ops units
 
1. Dimez - Commander in Chief - All actions controlled by this man.
2. Mechanicvirus - DEBO and DELTA BRAVO command - Controls ground troops and intel
3. Ktj4l - DEBO Trainer - yells at grunts and soldiers who want to be elite forced
4. Peter Franklin - Head of defense
5. Peter Pablow - Head of offense
 
 
As I present to you this information, I ask my staff and colleagues to review this information and sign off on Executive Order PB-54 - The resolution and creation of PBBC Global Defense Squads.
