He's praising every anti-gun public official out there all the while claiming he has SAMs in his possession. He even mentions anonymous in his manifesto. Every anti-government organization was shot down in it and every pro-government person and or organization was praised. The very same government he claims is corrupt. As if it's just the LAPD that is the only one that's corrupt. Hell this things reads as if Obama wrote it himself.
