Candid support is not that great. This has been discussed over and over in threads. They take days to respond to simple email requests, and their 24/7 phone support is only for server emergencies (crashes, network issues, whatever) so usually phone support will just tell you to send an email ticket, or set up an email ticket for you over the phone. Oh well, the first dedicated host I tried had even worst techsupport than candid, so I'm content for now as long as my server is up and running.
