Some kids hit puberty as young as six years old, used to be very rare, but the age of puberty is going down probably because of the hormones and chemicals in all our foods:

When I was a kid there was a girl in our class that was at 9 fully developed 5' 8" tall perfect C cups and curves and she was banging older men already and easily got into clubs.
