If i'm coding (rare now) or need 100% concentration, i don't want to listen to anything, for the standard day to day stuff anything hard rock or metal.

Lately listening a lot of Killswitch Engage, Trivium, Avenged Sevenfold, Stone Sour and similar "alternative metal" bands.
